Dawn Gagliardi
Dawn Mikulastik Gagliardi, Esq., is an experienced real estate advisor known for her bespoke service, upbeat personality, and passionate advocacy. She ranks among the Top 20 agents in Hartford County and is in the Top 2 in West Hartford, consistently selling homes over asking and even setting price-per-square-foot records in West Hartford and Southington. A former litigator and adjunct professor, she goes above and beyond for every client and excels at thinking creatively to complete deals while still securing the best value.
Dawn’s commitment to her clients stems from her time as a successful Medical Malpractice attorney, where she learned to internalize and represent client goals as if they were her own. She also taught negotiating strategies to students at her law school. However, real estate was an interest of hers before going to law school, and she decided to forgo her burgeoning career as a lawyer to become a full-time agent and help people realize their dream of homeownership. Now, her knowledge of contracts, negotiating expertise, and extensive professional network are invaluable assets that benefit her clients outside the courtroom.

Dawn grew up in West Hartford, and after living in New York City for fifteen years after college, she decided to move back to Connecticut with her family. She and her husband, Pete, have three children and a rambunctious dog named Mortimer. They are devoted soccer and football fans and love hanging out at their country club or going to the beach in Old Lyme. In her spare time, Dawn also enjoys reading, taking long walks, and anything related to music and singing. She is the PTO president at her kids’ elementary school and is very active in a local business networking group.
